How can we broaden our understanding of safety across the continuum of care? In this session, our speakers鈥攆rom care providers to people with lived experiences鈥攚ill discuss what safety looks like at home and in the community.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn about harm when providing and receiving health and social care in the home and community environment and promising practices that are improving the quality and safety of care.
