Informed by input from health leaders from across the country, the toolkit helps you assess your progress in nine priority areas. It also identifies options for moving ahead, highlighting innovative approaches that provide patient-focused solutions.

There is a tremendous opportunity to expand the reach of proven innovations and apply what鈥檚 working in other places. With more than 125 innovations included in the toolkit, we鈥檝e prioritized approaches that are interconnected by each of the nine themes, meaning taking action in one area can help drive progress in others.
